Like most websites, our server infrastructure may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate analytics. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics tools.

To respond to your enquiry
The primary purpose of collecting your contact details is to respond to your message. We use the information you provide to understand your needs and reply with relevant, specific information.
To deliver email communications
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver email notifications when a contact form is submitted. Your information is transmitted to Resend solely for this delivery purpose. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for any other purpose.
We do not sell your data
Techaizen does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Full stop.
3. Data Retention
How long we keep your data
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected — typically the duration of a business relationship or enquiry, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. If no engagement results from your enquiry, we will delete your information within 12 months of your initial contact.
4. Your Rights
Access, correction, and deletion
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hr@techaizen.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request'.
GDPR (EEA residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to business enquiries.

How we protect your data
Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. We apply HTTP security headers including Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options. Contact form submissions are rate-limited and validated server-side before processing. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
6. Third-Party Services
Resend
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails. When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Resend's infrastructure for delivery. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Hosting
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel. Standard server logs may be retained according to Vercel's data processing terms. No personally identifiable form data is stored by Vercel beyond transient request processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
